1. The game

Mouse vs Cat: Kitchen Chase is a free arcade game for Android, published by HINDUKUSH. Installing or playing it means you accept these terms.

2. Licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you control, for your own entertainment. You may not resell it, redistribute modified builds, decompile it to republish its assets, or present it as your own work.

3. Coins, diamonds and in-game items

Coins, diamonds, milk jugs, shop items, stars and level progress have no monetary value, cannot be bought with real money, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable between devices or players. They exist only inside your installation of the game and are lost if you clear the app data or uninstall.

4. Ads

The game is funded by ads delivered through Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are optional and every level can be completed without watching one. We do not control which ads are shown; complaints about a specific ad’s content are best raised with Google, though you are welcome to tell us as well.

5. No warranty

The game is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it stable and fair, but we cannot promise it is free of bugs, or that it will run on every Android device and version. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the game, including lost in-game progress or coins.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated when the game changes. The current version always lives at this address, with the date above.
